Terms & Conditions for MedAIM Hospital
Registration:
Patients must register using the "MedAIM" mobile app or the official website ("https://medaim.org"). Upon confirmation, the hospital will approve the appointment for the Out-Patient Department (OPD).
Payment for OPD:
Patients may be required to pay the OPD fee at the reception counter before proceeding for further checkups.
Existing Patient Registration:
Already registered patients need not renew their registration. They can use their existing credentials to log in and book appointments.
IPD Registration:
For In-Patient Department (IPD) services, patients can register through the emergency or casualty department or from the OPD if admission is required.
Appointment Approval:
The approval of appointments for OPD services is at the discretion of the hospital. Patients will be notified once their appointment is confirmed.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Patients can cancel or reschedule their appointments through the "MedAIM" app or website. Appointments can be rescheduled based on availability.
Medical Records:
Patient medical records will be maintained securely and confidentially by MedAIM Hospital. Patients can request access to their records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Compliance and Conduct:
Patients are expected to comply with the hospital's rules and regulations. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in denial of services.
Payment for Services:
Patients are responsible for the payment of services availed at MedAIM Hospital. Payment methods accepted will be as per the hospital's policy.
